Sizes run S to 3XL depending on the piece. Measure your waist where you want the band to sit, usually at the belly button for a high waist, and your hips at the widest point. Size by waist on everything; hips only matter on fitted minis. If you're between sizes on a pleated skirt, go down, since elastic bands stretch. On denim and structured shorts, go up.
