Overview At Femboy Box, we want you to love everything you order. This policy outlines our terms for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Returns & Change of Mind We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as Femboy Box is not responsible for return parcels lost in transit.

To initiate a return, contact us at contact@femboybox.com with your order number and reason for return. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Defective or Damaged Items If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us at contact@femboybox.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photo evidence of the defect. If your claim is approved, we will offer a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.

Sizing If your item does not fit as expected, we offer a one-time size exchange for the same item in a different size, subject to availability. Items must be returned in original condition within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If you prefer a refund over an exchange, this is also available under the same conditions.

Order Cancellations Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing your order. To cancel, contact us at contact@femboybox.com as early as possible. After 24 hours, your order may already be in processing and cancellation cannot be guaranteed. Cancellation requests must come from the original purchaser.

Refund Method For security purposes, all refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. If your original payment method is no longer active, please contact your bank or payment provider directly — they can assist with redirecting the refund.
