Discreet Packaging All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging with no indication of the contents. Your privacy is our priority.
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email, excluding weekends and public holidays. During peak and festival seasons, processing may extend to 5-10 business days. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped. Order cancellations are available during the processing period.
Shipping Rates Standard international shipping is $5.95 USD. Free shipping is available on all orders of $60 USD or more.

- Oceania: 3-12 business days
- Canada: 7-25 business days
- Rest of World: 5-35 business days
Delivery times may be extended during peak seasons or due to customs processing delays. Please note that labour disruptions such as the 2024 Canadian postal worker strike may also impact delivery times to affected regions.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Use this to monitor your shipment status at any time.
P.O. Boxes We are able to ship to SOME P.O. boxes. Please provide a valid physical delivery address at checkout. Some tail end delivery do not accept P.O. boxes please confirm with the delivery company.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes Femboy Box is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order upon entry into your country. All such charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages Femboy Box is not liable for packages lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier or our support team at contact@femboybox.com. Retain all packaging materials and damaged items prior to filing a claim.
Shipping Restrictions Certain items may be restricted from shipping to specific countries due to local laws and regulations. If your order is affected, we will contact you directly to arrange an alternative.
