Welcome to FemboyBox. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website at femboybox.com and any related services provided by FemboyBox ("we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Eligibility

By using the site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and are fully capable of agreeing to and complying with these Terms.

Account registration

To access certain features, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to:

  • Keep your account information up to date
  • Keep your password confidential and secure

Orders and payments

Pricing and availability

All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Prices in other currencies are converted at the rate applied at checkout.

We make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy, but errors may occur. In the event of an error, we reserve the right to correct it and revise your order accordingly, or to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Payment

We accept various payment methods as indicated at checkout. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method provided.

Order confirmation

After placing an order you will receive a confirmation email. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order or confirmation of an offer to sell. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at any time after receipt.

Cancellation by us

We may cancel an order after acceptance if:

  • The item becomes unavailable
  • We identify a pricing or listing error
  • The order is flagged as high risk by our fraud screening
  • We are unable to ship to your address or country

Where we cancel an order, we will refund you in full to your original payment method.

Cancellation by you

Cancellations are accepted within 48 hours of placing your order, provided it has not already been dispatched. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Product information and use

We make every effort to display product colours, measurements, and details accurately. Colours may vary between screens, and garment measurements may vary by approximately 1 to 3cm due to manufacturing tolerances.

Size guides are provided as a guide only. Variation in fit between individuals is not a fault in the product. If you're unsure about sizing, contact us before ordering and we'll help.

Grooming and personal care products

Grooming and personal care products, including IPL and hair removal devices, razors, and shaving kits, must be used strictly in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and safety warnings supplied with the product.

These products are not suitable for everyone. If you have a medical condition, a skin condition, are taking photosensitising medication, or are unsure whether a product is suitable for you, seek advice from a qualified medical professional before use.

We are not liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from misuse, or from use contrary to the instructions and warnings supplied with the product.

Customs, duties, and import charges

You are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or charges levied by your country. These are not included in the price you pay at checkout.

Where your country requires additional information for customs clearance, such as a tax identification number, you agree to provide it promptly on request.

Orders that are returned to us, held, or destroyed because required customs information was not provided, because a parcel was not collected within the carrier's holding period, or because an incorrect or incomplete address was supplied, may not be eligible for a full refund. Content you submit

If you submit reviews, photos, or other content to us, or tag us on social media, you grant FemboyBox a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and display that content for marketing and promotional purposes, with credit where practical.

You confirm that you own the content or have permission to share it, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.

You can ask us to stop using your content at any time by emailing contact@femboybox.com, and we will remove it from our own channels as soon as reasonably possible.

Intellectual property

All content on the site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of FemboyBox or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright laws.

You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the site without our express written permission.

Prohibited activities

You agree not to use the site for any unlawful or prohibited purpose, including:

  • Engaging in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the site or its servers
  • Using automated systems including bots, spiders, or scrapers to access the site
  • Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the site, user accounts, or connected systems
  • Transmitting viruses, malware, or any other harmful code
  • Purchasing products for commercial resale without a written agreement with us

SMS marketing and communications

By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to receive SMS marketing messages from FemboyBox including promotions, order updates, and abandoned checkout reminders. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, or CANCEL to any message. You may continue to receive transactional messages after opting out.

Your phone number is processed by third-party platforms including Shopify and Klaviyo solely for the purpose of delivering messages on our behalf. Your phone number will not be shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes. SMS services may not be available in all regions or on all carriers.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FemboyBox shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

  • Your use of, or inability to use, the site
  • Unauthorised access to our servers or your personal information
  • Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the site
  • Any bugs, viruses, or harmful code transmitted through the site by any third party

Your statutory rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any guarantee, right, or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights, including your right to a remedy for faulty goods and your right to cancel under applicable distance selling rules.

Where our liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, our liability is limited to resupplying the product or refunding the price you paid for it.

Dispute resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute, please contact us first at contact@femboybox.com. We will attempt to resolve any dispute informally within 30 days of receiving your complaint.

If a resolution cannot be reached informally, disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the governing law below.

Governing law

These Terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You and FemboyBox submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country in which you live, or of the right to bring proceedings in your local courts where those laws allow.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date. Your continued use of the site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
